For cancellations, please inform us 7 days in advance. No cancellations are accepted after 7 days before the reserved date. To change the date, please notify us 3 days in advance. Only allowed to change to a date with available slots.

We recommend paying through the website. All transactions are processed through Square, and we do not store credit card information. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, Alipay, and WeChat (RMB = USD * 7.5).

Cakes are made fresh on the reservation day, available for pick-up from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
If needed in the morning, please communicate in advance. We might be able to accommodate according to workload but no guarantee. You can aslo make the reservation on a day earlier and pick up on the second day.

🚗 Transportation

Our cakes are delicately made with healthy heavy whipping cream, resulting in soft sponge cakes and cream. For transportation, please level and secure the cake on the ❗️FLOOR MAT ❗️of the front passenger seat to prevent damage. Avoid sudden movements and exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

As our cakes contain no additives, refrigeration is necessary. Consume within 2 days for optimal freshness. If removed from the refrigerator, it's recommended to enjoy within an hour.

🍴 Taste:

While our vibrant cakes are colored using food-safe dyes, they may temporarily stain skin. Consider removing the colored outer layer or consuming from the center to minimize any staining. Please remove non-edible decorations like toys, toppers, and fresh flowers before consumption.
